- I booked a room for a night for my daughters birthday because she wanted to go swimming but when i got to the hotel i was informed that the pool was being repaired and it would be up and running soon. When we came back we were told that they would not be able to repair the pool so my daughters birthday was ruined and tjey said they unfortunately not be able to financially reimburse me for this issue.
- breakfast options were limited to waffles, salty eggs and cereal

The property and price were excellent. But, it said pool and hot tub ( which is the reason we booked here). Neither was clean, both had murky water and were cold. BIG disappointment.

Staff was kind. Food was great. Room smelled musty. Didn’t help with enjoying downtime in room and sleep.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. The room was clean and quiet I felt very safe. The breakfast was very good a variety of items on different day dining area was clean and everything you need was in sight .

Staff is always very courteous and helpful and while I find that I prefer the studio, my room this stay was perfectly sufficient.

TV did not work on the 1st day there. Had to stuff my suitcase and move to a different room.

Spent two nights in Room 118. Sink water took 5 minutes to drain and bathroom door didn't latch. "Benjamin" at front desk was kind to move us to Room 108 for the next two nights. Tub water took 5 minutes to drain (you would shower in 3 inches of tub water). During all four nights our rooms were NEVER cleaned. The second day I came to front desk to ask for towels. I will think twice about using Hampton Inn in the future.

Parents don’t control their children.
Way too much noise.
I suggest giving occupants with kids to be placed on the 1st floor so the rest of us can relax.
