Booked the room - even paid extra for the “king suite” advertised with pictures of a whirlpool tub in the room! I couldn’t wait to surprise my husband on our 15th anniversary since it was the same kind of room we stayed in for our “honeymoon”. When I checked in and went to the room there was no whirlpool. I was told sorry but those pictures have not been updated on the website we have no rooms with whirlpools. But yet I paid EXTRA for that specific reason! Felt like i should have been refunded since my whole surprise was ruined!
酒店位置很好，就在高速公路边上，同一个广场里有很多餐馆可以选择。员工非常棒，早餐也很好吃。
紧邻高速公路。入住很方便。酒店里挤满了淘气的孩子和他们四处奔波的棒球家长。这可不是酒店的错，但你懂的。孩子们吵闹又无人看管。淋浴区留下了两条脏毛巾，我猜是之前清洁人员留下的。房间其他方面都很干净舒适。外面的垃圾桶一直没人清空，所以我跟那位女士说了些什么，她说他们人手不够，正在培训新员工等等。自助早餐种类丰富，冷热食物应有尽有。如果你喜欢吃早餐，强烈推荐这家酒店。
全新装修的房间非常舒适。我们订的是无障碍房间，虽然我们没要求，但还好。不过，浴室的淋浴高度很低，而且由于没有门槛可以挡水，水漫到了浴室地板上。
浴室设计不佳
我们被安排了一间无障碍客房，但并没有提出要求。淋浴设计不佳，使用淋浴时，整个浴室地板都被水淹没。
上网也很困难
酒店很棒，服务和早餐都很棒！Erica 还帮我们办理了入住和退房手续。她很友好、外向、专业，而且非常热情！
房间没有打扫，也没给我们干净的毛巾。晚上9点半，我们不得不去前台要干净的毛巾。
楼层之间的隔音效果不够好，当人们起床走动时会有点吵，但住宿体验很好
我们之前在那里住过两次，都没遇到任何问题。这次工作人员好几次都很粗鲁。然后，狗整晚都在叫，还有人投诉我们在睡觉时制造噪音。他们打电话过来时，把我们的孩子都吵醒了。我们再也不会住那里了！
非常破旧，房间里的地毯很恶心。房间里的气味非常难闻！
