Clean room, VERY friendly, happy, helpful, responsive staff.
Had an issue with the shower and it was remedied immediately. This lication is all about customer service!

Loved it!
From Jose's fantastic service at check-in to the comfortable bed and pillows... top of the line across the board. Suite 372 on the far corner was super quiet and had a good size balcony. O'Reillys restaurant also provided great food and service!

We stayed one night as we were nearby for a rock concert at Hershey stadium. Very pleased at the service of the employees, the coziness and ambiance of the hotel and we will definitely stay again

Had a one noght room to go th HMAC for a concert it was a nice hotel Ill stay there again of Im in th Harrisburg area again

It is clean and comfortable, but there were only one very small bottle of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom for multiple people.
