The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. If I return to Tupelo at some point, I will definitely stay there again.

The room was booked for four people. It said it slept 4 people. There was only a king, no pullout and the receptionist said there were no available rollaway beds so half of us slept on the floor.

I had to complain about noise above my room. The phone in my room didn’t work, I had to get dressed and go to the front desk to complain about the noise. The noise continued, I am very disappointed and surprised with my stay so far. Hampton is usually top notch.🙁

My electronic door key was given to another residence, thankfully I was in my room when the other guess tried to use it.

It was noisey. We could hear the alarm clock next door go off super early for a long time. Also kids next door were running in the hall and slamming doors

The staff was very friendly and polite! The only complaint we had was the pool was freezing cold. We told the staff as we were leaving so hopefully that will be rectified soon.

Safe area with lots of food choices!
Everything was very clean! The ladies at the front desk were kind. The breakfast was amazing! There was quite a bit of selection and they kept it sanitized, stocked and clean.

We had a minor issue with our toilet in our room. Jeremy the front desk clerk came and looked at it then switched us to another room. He was wonderful!! Also, the three ladies that were doing the breakfast were outstanding and so friendly! I definitely would return if I am ever in this area again.
