The room was clean. The area is easily accessible to many things they offered breakfast, which I didn’t get there is coffee in the room. The beds are comfortable.

Check in staff seemed as if he was having a bad day. No “welcome, how are you”? Uninviting attitude, but that’s almost expected nowadays. Got to the room and it had a cold feeling, drafty door (could see the light through the edges, no comforter on the bed and everything from the recliner to the couch was overused/sunken in. Woken up the first night by screaming and doors slamming from a few doors down. The only thing we appreciated was the bathroom. No one ever brought linens or emptied the trash. We stayed here years ago when it was Best Western and that was a pleasure. We had no idea it changed to Quality Inn and boy can you tell the difference. It kept a roof over our head for the nights we stayed and we will leave it at that. We for sure won’t return.

Nice staff and room. Breakfast was better than most hotels and I stay in them a lot. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

Staff was courteous and friendly but rooms were not properly cleaned in all areas of the room. Dust on headboard and sink counter.

We stayed in room 171, not sure if this was a room assigned for 3rd party reservations. The room was filthy, stains on carpets, dirt on the bathroom countertop, no hot water, stains on the sheets, about 30 channels on the TV with no HD channels. Signs posted stating a 100% smoke free facility, but the night clerk stood outside our door and smoke, we had to deal with this twice when entering our room. To me, facility means on the premise. He was also not very friendly. I searched this hotel when I got home and the price was $85 on *******, I paid $117, I would like a refund of $32. The hotel should be named NOT Quality Inn, and this hotel gives ******* a bad name and should be removed from your list of Hotels. On a good note, the breakfast was awesome and the guy working the cafe did care about his job and was very helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was not very clean. There was a very large dusty spider web above the bed. And several other dust spots in the corners of the room. There was no comforter on the bed, I was told there was a blanket between the top and bottom sheets, but it wasn’t really a blanket, just a slightly thicker sheet. Bathroom was clean, but the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. Could be a little cleaner.
