My issues were the stained dirty curtains and the dead bugs around the shower. Also a huge disappointment was that the shower did not work.

First room had a broken window and water on the floor second room had no towels and the second day of our stay we had no room service for towels sheets trash cans whatever I would not stay there again.

The lobby and area around were great! The room itself, 2 stars. There was hair in the bath tub, mold on the ceiling. The lamps in the room had not been dusted in awhile. The sheets were very starchy. The room and bathroom definitely only surface cleaned.

I stayed at Best Western and was quite disappointed. The rooms are very outdated and not well maintained — the ceiling needs repair, and the bathroom was not as clean as expected. Overall, the hotel feels neglected and could really use renovation and better housekeeping. I hope management takes this feedback into account, as the location and potential are good, but the current condition does not meet the standards.

AC was cold, room was very clean and updated.. best thing was the bar and steakhouse... NYC style... only complaint is the gym, but got the job done... parking is plenty

This is the first hotel ever where the toilets were not cleaned, you could see brown inside the toilet.
