I never checked in. I called to cancel and was told to have my third party company contact the property that I could not called the hotel. She was very rude. I bought the extra insurance and was still charged full price for somewhere I did not stay.

Property was dirty, pool was green. People running up and down the hallways all night. I think someone from corporate needs to check in on this hotel.

Bad experience
I will never stay at this location again. I called to see how early I could check in. The lady said callback at 1. I called back & was told my room was available. Arrived 45 minutes later. Checked in & unloaded the luggage. I wanted to see the room before taking our stuff up. The room wasn’t cleaned. The beds weren’t made & trash was in the room. I told the front desk. She called someone to find out what’s going on. Then she told me the room wouldn’t be ready until 3. We had to sit in the lobby & wait. It was after 3 & she told me they got another room available so I won’t be going to the original room #331 because she didn’t know when it would be ready. They moved me to 115. Entered the room. Sanitized everything & unpacked our stuff. The air wasn’t working. At this time it’s a guy at the front desk. He wasn’t friendly at all. He had me standing there for a while. He then told me they had 215 available. I told him I wanted to check it out 1st. I had somewhere to be and he refused to let me move rooms when I got back. So I had to move right away and they didn’t offer to help me. I stayed here 6 days and 5 night no one came to clean my room. They told me I was only scheduled for stay over which is crazy. They had no garbage bags. I purchased my own tissue and garbage bags. It was like pulling teeth to get towels. The breakfast was about the only enjoyable thing. This was my 2nd time staying here in over 5 years. I had an issue that time as well but this time was worse.

New looking but deceiving
Called ahead and informed staff we were going to be late arriving. Also requested they have accommodations of towels in the room for the number of people in our party.
Arrived had to wait for 14 minutes before anyone checked us in. Got to the room and had to go back downstairs for towels. The room was dirty and looked like someone tried to just put lipstick on an old cow. The floors looked horrible In the room the elevator and the hall. It looked like an old building some tried to cheaply fix up. The sofa sleeper mattress was stained and wore out. Would no go back or recommend. Expected more and have received better out of other Hilton properties.

Attention to details. Bathroom door was crooked due to missing screws. Nightstand clock and light not working. But nice atmosphere, employees and breakfast.

Beware long hallway
The first suite was horrible the snick leak the tub dripped there was someone else’s toothbrush and toothpaste on the tub. The bathroom just had not been cleaned completely. There was a horrible smell throughout the hotel the elevator was old and noisy, made a crick and sound like he was just going to stop. I have never been at a Hilton that was so BAD.
