I checked in the day before Thanksgiving. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. I was given room 101 a one bedroom suite. Walked up to the door and a blue garbage can is outside the door. Walked in, the room is outdated ( not a big deal). The issue :the fireplace didnt work( paid extra for a room with a fireplace) the bathroom door didnt close at all ( while taking a shower the door is open, the tv in the bedroom didnt come on. Irritated, went back into the living area to call the front desk and the phone didnt work either. Walked up there to the lobby and maintenence followed me back to the room. He concluded that the gas was cut off from the fireplace ( so no fireplace) and he worked on the tv and eventually went and got another remote and that one issue was fixed. The next day at check out I recieved a call on my cell reminding me checkout was at 12. Because she couldnt call the room
. I overheard the night before that the hotel was starting renovations. Understood, but I feel like I was basically put in one of the worst rooms they had. The hotel had plenty of rooms available.

Staff members were friendly, no issues there. Apparently we were booked on a floor with active construction, room doors down the hall were left open giving me safety concerns. One of our rooms booked :315: had paint on floors and badly faded furniture, her pull out couch smelled like urine inside so we didn’t use them at all,316. Had stains in the refrigerator, badly faded furniture and hot water was like warm. Dishes were also dirty in the cabinets. We were tired had been traveling and just decided to deal with it for the two days instead of complaining.

The room was pretty decent. Bathroom needs a lil work & update but overall it was a great stay. The check in staff was very friendly & helpful.GOD IS GOOD….ALL THE TIME!!!!!

Staff was very courteous. The room was fine except the bed was to big for the bedroom space and the door wouldn't close. The was clean, the floor was very quiet.

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was very good. Location was close to everything. The room was semi clean. There was red stain on the couch, the phone in the room did not work, the living room TV had no remote, fridge had a red spilled stain in it, second floor elevator missing up button.

Hotel in desperate need of renovation
No garbage cans, filthy carpet, stained mattress and cushions on pull out sofa, bedroom door would not shut because it hit the bed,
