The A/C on the room did not work good at all. We was hot all through the night. If at all possible can I get a half refund or some because it was warm in the room. It didn’t start getting cool til this morning. It didn’t just get cool like it was supposed to

When booking there was no mention of construction on the hotel and maybe a discount should have been offered since not notified otherwise nice room

We were not told there was renovations going on- restaurant, breakfast and evening reception were very poor. No outdoor space to sit. No fitness.

Best hotel breakfast in the city.
I had a fantastic weekend stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Jackson North Ridgeland! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast deserves a special shoutout—hands down the best hotel breakfast in the city. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The biscuits tasted like they were homemade in someone’s kitchen—absolutely amazing. My room and the hallways were spotless, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Everything was great except that my room was not serviced Saturday.
