Bathroom was certainly lacking. The tub needed cleaning, painting and/or replacing. It was very dingy, stained and dirty. The first room there was no water running in tub and I was moved to another room and the second room tub was the pits.

Lois in the breakfast kitchen was so friendly and helpful getting ice for me to keep my lunch cold,. The evening desk clerk was great and friendly, she gave me an excellent room.

Carpets appeared old and needed cleaning and the halls and lobby had floor fans running at all times for some reason .
The staff I encountered were great!
Luggage carts had bad wheels making them hard fto use.

Microwave cuts off in the middle of heating food.
Housekeeping didn’t vacuum and didn’t leave any clean towels.
I called front desk to let them know about the towels and was told to come get them.
Charging station for cell phones didn’t work.
Didn’t leave any cups and coffee.

Sure, enough the inspectors did not catch that supplies were not left when your room was cleaned.Again, Thank you for letting me know.

Happy staying in Canton, MS.
Came down for a class reunion in Lexington. Hotel was easy to get to off 55 and the location close to places to eat. Will stay in Canton anytime I have a reunion or family get together.

酒店回复: Chris, you are so correct the whole property is "OLD" BUT the old lady is getting a complete redo! From the top of her head to the soles of her feet! Our renovations is encompassing the whole building even the shape of the shape of the building is getting a face lift. She will look like a fine younger lady when they finish. Work is starting July/August...Renovation supplies arrive almost daily. Once everything is here, they will start on the actual demo. One floor at a time.Hope you come back towards the end of the year when we are finished and check us out!
