The fridge in the breakfast area was not able to keep the milk and other items cold. Milk had a foul taste. The rooms could use some attention, beds felt worn out, broken tiles in bathrooms & dirty looking fixtures.

The assistant general manager that checked me in Friday night was rude and unprofessional. I was surprised to see her position.

Our room was nice, clean and quiet. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Conveniently located right in between downtown Minneapolis and Mall of America. We were in town for a Vikings game.

Not kid friendly. We stayed in a king room with pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed and king size bed aligned with each other and you could not walk across the room without crawling over the bed. The king bed needed rotated as it felt like it had indents where someone else had slept. The bathroom stunk of pee. The fan in the bathroom had a high pitch screech when you turned it on. The toilet ran continuously unless you lifted the handle.

Spacious room with couch, small tv with limited channels. Poor lighting in the sink area and with 10 feet of wall space not a single hook to hang up anything! Good location.
