The bathtub has rust on the sides!!!! I would never take a bath in it let alone a shower!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We wish your issue could have been resolved that night withpossibly moving you to another room. The hotel is in the midst of renovations. You will not experience this again. There were mice in the room and they got into our stuff over night and the A/C would not turn off or adjust and it whined/screeched all night, we did NOT get any sleep...

Toilet was clogged from previous guest. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, and there was no pool/hot tub.
Front desk staff was super nice, though!

This hotel is in a quiet spot and was clean but it is very out-dated and needs a major update. Our TV was not compatible with any devices, the lighting was poor, curtain was broke and we had only 2 towels to shower with and they were the size of a large hand towel. Will not be staying here again.

Front desk was great. She answered all our questions. Room was hot even with AC on high and we did not have a TV channel list.
There was a leaky faucet that I let the desk know about, and in the corner behind the bathroom door it looked like there was a repair done from a leak and there was still mold in it.

I had issues checking in both times I stayed during our trip...once on the way, and again when we returned. Both times the clerk was unable to find my booking through *******. I had 3 rooms booked both times. The first time they eventually found the booking for all 3 rooms. The 2nd time they could not find one of the rooms we booked and had a confirmation number for so I ended up having to pay full price directly through the hotel which was an extra 20 dollars. Its not much but i dont understand how something like that can happen when i have confirmation numbers from *******.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was acceptable. The building is dated. The pool was closed.
I was concerned that the fire doors in each end of the floors were propped open.
I would have liked to have had somewhere outside to sit.
The property was close to family.

When we got to our room we noticed a puddle of water in the bathroom on the vanity. Turns out the room above us had a toilet leaking. They did get a repair man in to fix it, but that was a rocky start. The breakfasts were great. The beds and pillows were very comfy.

Will choose another hotel in the future
Pool and got tub were out of commission but online said they had them, which is extremely disappointing as we had younger children who were excited to swim. I was told one thing about price but then given another, almost double for the one night vs what I was told and when I brought this to their attention I was literally told "she lied to you". I am not sure if they just hadn't checked but half the breakfast items were empty. For 320 I would expect more.. a lot more.

Ok
We arrived and our door would not latch and was left open. Talked to the front desk to be moved to a room with a secured door but they said they were booked up. Mind you it was only 3pm. Lucky the maintenance man was in the parking lot and fixed the issue. He was great but the front desk kid was not. Beds were comfortable. Shower had rust and was run down.
