I have always been a fan of Hampton Inn but this was a horrible experience. Under construction, no hot water, no hair dryer, dirty floors in room (definitely don’t walk barefoot in the room) and extremely overpriced. Lobby was full of boxes and you had to make your way around them for the breakfast. HInn is no longer my go-to hotel when I travel.

NO hot water in shower. Milk was in one gallon plastic bottles. One fell on floor and broke. Breakfast was OK. Parking lot crowded with construction vehicles.

Positive feedback - clean, comfortable bed - good coffee in room - average breakfast Negative feedback - bathroom was not clean. More specifically, the toilet was dirty and the stool wouldn’t flush. - the conditioner dispenser was empty - the threshold entering the bathroom is a trip hazard. It’s higher than the floor on either side of it. - our biggest complaint has to do with the furniture and decor of the room. We have stayed in many Hampton Inns all over the country and this one is by far our worst experience. The room felt cold and sterile. The chair provided was small and uncomfortable. The bedside tables were bare. The artwork on the wall was super modern/contemporary. Nothing about the room was warm and inviting. - after a long day attending a family funeral, we entered our room to find our pile of dirty towels still there. Trash still in the container. When we inquired, we were told there was only housekeeping every other day. Our request for fresh towels was met with skepticism and firm instructions to check the sign on the mirror in our room and we would be aware of the housekeeping schedule. There is no sign on that mirror. I understand that hotel is transitioning to become Spark Hotel. I believe it will be a very downgraded version of Hampton Inn. Not worth the $150 per night we paid. We are currently questioning future stays at Hampton Inns.

The hotel was easily accessible and comfortable. We just needed a place to sleep on the start of our road trip. We got in late, and that was not a problem at all. I asked about grab and go breakfast because we needed to leave by 6:00. We were told to ask in the morning because they don’t typically have the bags ready since many people ask for them and then don’t take them. We asked as we were leaving and were told they didn’t to those at this Hampton. I’ve never heard that before, but that’s how it is at this one. The staff was friendly. We would stay again if going through the area.

No chair in the room. No Kleenex, no holder for toilet paper, no ice bucket. Thermostat worked for an hour or so, then reverted to original setting. Ice makers not working. Temperature controller on shower set so hot water was minimal. Only service in room was trash removal on third night. Breakfast essentials not kept up. Noise from neighboring highway almost intolerable. Cleanliness very questionable.

my family went to 6 flags. we were assigned a room with a improperly working non flushing toilet. i contacted desk several times told them we would be gone all day. They kept promising to fix it,but didn’t. the smell was horrific. they refused to offer a small credit. We finally decided since they wouldn’t fix it we just checked out

Just okay hotel which needs renovation. Did not get room requested. Check in and out had no issues. Room was clean and decent. Room had refrigerator but no safe. Television didn’t work at first had to put new batteries in clicker then have maintenance fix it. Still needed some help. Plenty of free parking.

What was right - the room layout and the bed. But, so much was wrong. No welcome 'gift' for Silver members (not even the bottled water - they said "this Hampton doesn't give anything to Silver Honors members"). TV didn't work. Ice makers didn't have ice. Refrigerator small and didn't get cold. Bedspread wrong size for bed. No cookie or apples welcoming you at the front desk or dining/lounge area. No yogurt for breakfast. No Fruit Loops or Frosted Flakes (or generic equivalent) at breakfast. Overall disappointing. We stay at Hampton Inns because we know what to expect, and we like the consistency - makes it easier to be away from home. This was a disappointing stay and they either need to be consistent with Hampton Inns elsewhere or change their label.
