The hotel is nice and convenient to get to. The room is clean and spacy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just one minor thing - the air conditioner in the room is noisy. It is a bit annoying at night when everywhere is so quiet that the conditioner noise tends to be more irritating.

Pool freezing. Checking in slow since desk clerk was in back. Coffee lukewarm on 3 separate occasions. TV remote not User friendly and stopped working. When we received a new one it didn't work since the desk clerk put the batteries in wrong.
