When we arrived there was a gentleman at the desk who was on the phone. He hung up when he saw us approach. He was very business like and not much conversation. When we were done signing in, he was back on the phone. Felt that we were interrupting his call. The other staff we saw the next day were very helpful and friendly!
The room was very clean and looked just like the advertisement. I found the bed comfortable but on the soft side. The sheets were clean with no stains. The pillows were horrible..looked fluffy but when you used them, they was nothing to them and collapsed without any support.
Breakfast was nothing fancy but met the needs. Bread, muffins, bagels, hot drinks, juices, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereals and waffles. The sitting area was spotless and each table was decorated with a cute tabletop tree.
I would definitely stay here again however I will bring my own pillows.

The staff was great. The room was clean. definitely need some work. Carpet in room needs to be replaced curtains in the window. Very filthy. Definitely needs to be replaced.

设施比较陈旧 空调声音奇响 空气味道不好闻 酒店工作人员也没啥活力 性价比不高
干净舒适，早餐不错。
酒店有点旧，但员工很好。

我们住在这里，充分利用了靠近****** Rama的地理位置。房间很棒。
它很干净而且工作人员很友好。周围的风景也非常美丽。
