I booked through *******. The property only had me staying there for 2 nights. My itinerary clearly said 3 nights. They booked me a room for the additional night but also charged me credit card for it even though I paid in advance for 3. Despite showing them all of my electronic documentation of this they were unwilling to reimburse me for the extra nights stay and insisted that I would need to deal with ******* regarding this. VERY UNHELPFUL. It took me approximately 1 hour online with chat from ******* to get a case # but have not heard back from them. Not the way I wanted to spend my vacation time.

Everyone was really nice and our room was excellent. The only draw back was the ac didnt work so we had a portable one that was loud, but it was still ok.

A Nice Hotel near the Lab
This was a good situation for me to stay in while I was waiting for my son to finish up his internship at the lab. I liked the hotel on the other side of Los Alamos just a little bit better, but this one was not bad at all. The coffee was quite good, which is an essential for me, and they had non-dairy milk.

Breakfast was cold, and Sub-Par. Fridge in room did not work, but was unable to hang in room waiting on maintenance. No cart / wheelchair access to parking lot out the back door.

This is the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The difference is the staff. They are kind, professional and helpful. No fewer than 3 staff members offered assistance to me in my 12 hour stay. Everyone was smiling and kind. It was a pleasure to be a guest.

I booked a suite at the hotel and when I arrived, they said none were available. I asked for a refund on the difference of a suite and a regular room. They said I needed to reach out to ******* for the refund but then denied the refund to *******. I would stay at the Holiday Inn in Los Alamos if you are looking for a better experience.

The service was superb the evening shift and the early morning shift were two shifts that I was involved with majority of my stay as it was busy so I was off property during the afternoon shift, housekeeping, and all support staff were very accommodating, friendly and very welcoming we truly did enjoy our stay.

Melissa at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Checked in after a long day of meetings and it was refreshing to be greeted with a smile.
