During my nine-day stay, I developed acute gastritis on the fourth day after consuming the spoiled and sour chickpeas provided by the hotel. The illness lasted for two days. My request is for a refund of the two additional nights I was forced to stay due to this illness.
However, the hotel manager was extremely slow to respond. The compensation they proposed—offering a dinner to someone with no appetite—was completely inappropriate and showed a lack of genuine care.
The most unacceptable part is that they initially refused to acknowledge the issue with their food. Right after I reported the problem and they inspected the food, they immediately removed the plate from the scene. They used the lack of similar complaints from other guests as an excuse to deny responsibility, This entire experience has been highly disappointing.
房间地毯充满了霉味。过道地毯散发出霉味。前台电话一次,当面一次要求再送一双拖鞋。没送。向大堂客户经理协助与当地网约车司机沟通,回绝掉了。空调晚上一开,风机声音巨响。只能关闭。因为 holiday inn 的牌子入住,但这次入住是在是过往很多年未曾遇到过的。前台服务也很冷漠。很少差评酒店,这次必须差评。国内预定必须避坑这个酒店。
房间不错,足够舒适。早餐晚餐丰富多彩。工作人员热情到位。足够贴心。是个不错的选择。
‼️卫生及设施问题:
给我们安排了最尽头的房间,一楼且临街,刚打开门就是一股霉味,刷牙杯是脏的,穿衣镜也是脏的。淋浴间的水温上不来,不是很热。
❌极其严重的噪音问题:
因为18:00入住时,前台有打预防针说房间已经满了,并且我们只睡一晚就离开,于是自行打开窗通风后,没有计较上述卫生环境问题,洗漱之后就准备休息了,没有要求换房。
21:00开始隔壁传出非常巨大的音乐声和鼓点声,也是由于前台那一句房间满了,我们当时也很累,也理解确实是周末,可能阿拉伯人会跳跳舞啥的,心想能睡着就睡吧,最晚11-12点也就结束了。结果是一直被咚咚咚的声音吵得半梦半醒,直到凌晨2点,终于被彻底吵醒了。
💔恶劣的服务态度:
1️⃣凌晨2点给前台打电话反应噪音问题,希望他们去制止一下音乐!结果这时候人家非常果断给我说换房间!(入住是不是说满房的吗?!)后来才知道说是给临时打扫了一间,那请问之前为什么不早点打扫!前台还表示今天有party,和他本人无关。(我请问明知道有Party且有其他远离活动区的空房为什么把我们往那边安排?!)并且一直强调是由于我们的代理商在满房的情况下还给我们定了那个房间。
2️⃣我们提出诉求除了换房间(彼时已经是凌晨2点半,我们拉着孩子和行李换了房间),要求退掉当晚房费,前台和值班经理表示他们没有这个权限,必须要等到大经理过来。和大经理约好早晨9点见面,一直拖到10点半人家才出现。对于我们的诉求一口回绝,只肯提供一顿午餐及延迟退房。并且对于我们表示要向集团公司反馈毫无所谓,好一个店大欺客啊!
我们行程紧张,只是为了好好休息一晚,结果
在我为期九天的住宿中,第四天因食用酒店提供的变质酸味鹰嘴豆而患上急性肠胃炎,不适持续了两天。我的核心诉求是退还因此被迫延住两天的房费。然而,酒店经理的回应极其迟缓,其提出的补偿——邀请毫无胃口的我共进晚餐——更是毫无诚意。最令人无法接受的是,他们起初拒绝承认食物有问题,甚至在查验后迅速撤走了问题餐盘,并以“无其他客人投诉”为由推卸责任。充分暴露其管理的混乱与对客人健康的漠视。

设施:老旧 吹风机卫生间都是最老款 浴缸无法正常下水 热水忽冷忽热
卫生:床单入住时有头发 换了一套后 有血液
环境:商务环境还可以
服务:前台服务很好 有任何问题都会第一时间解决

论房间的硬件,这酒店也就是国内七天酒店的水平。
卫生方面,早上起来发现床上有长头发,卫生做得太差了。
洗个澡,水压不够,水温也不够。
