My room was very clean and as expected. The desk attendant was helpful and clear. I am familiar with this place and stay there when visiting family.

Room was clean, no odors. Desk staff was disinterested. I advised them of a running toilet , and nothing was done. When returning to the property, I was never greeted by the desk staff.

It's always a pleasant stay.
There was a repair in my bathroom that was messy, wallpaper tacked on with staples! Room 214 if you want to look, I didn't take a picture.
Staff are always nice.

我住在这里是为了参加一场婚礼。几周前我就打电话询问是否有空房。前台的工作人员把我转接到销售经理那里，我留了言，但她根本没有回我电话。从一开始服务就糟糕透顶，如果不是因为参加活动方便，我根本不会选择住在这里。基于他们缺乏服务意识和不专业，我不会推荐这家酒店。
我在酒店房间的体验很糟糕，淋浴无法使用，水龙头也打不开。浴缸底部有明显的霉斑，这不仅令人作呕，更重要的是，也让我担忧我的健康。
泳池水冷得要命。孩子们因为水太冷而非常难过，他们最期待的事情——游泳——也因此泡汤了。真是太令人失望了。
马桶冲不了水，淋浴间没有护发素，床很硬，三楼的制冰机坏了。
作为一家万豪酒店，我很失望。
