The staff are courteous. The place is clean, but I was unable to sleep. The room's soundproofing is poor, especially at the door. I can hear every time people pass by and every time another room closes its door. The mattress is too hard on my back.

酒店回复: I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay as so many of our other guests have. Sound proofing and decibel sensitivity is subjective and our hotel is built to both brand and City standards. Our brand new Serta mattresses have been well received by our guests and are less than 2 years old and are kept properly rotated quarterly as per Serta standards.All in all, we hope to see you again soon and I trust this better explains what amenities we have and how we keep them in good working order.

The staff was very efficient and friendly, both at check in and the breakfast staff in the morning. Nice to have lots of towels in the room as well. Room was nice and clean.

The hotel was great, they need new pillows. The room was clean but the carpet needed a shampoo. Lots of dust in corners behind chairs, etc.
other than that it was great. Would stay again. Breakfast was really good. Free coffee starion. Was nice, but you need a tea option as not everyone drinks coffee.

I am arranging a meeting with our housekeeping supervisors to address the issue of build up behind furniture, I do apologize for missing that detail of your rooms cleanliness. 房间干净整洁，早餐丰富，酒店大厅一直有咖啡供应，前台客服很热情，特意介绍当地情况，碰到熊出没注意安全
房间是新装修的，但完全没有异味，很干净。双床房的床很大，床品挺舒服。早餐值得推荐！酒店准备的水果品种很多。非常适合长途开车出行的中间休息站👍🏻酒店离著名的Waterton 国家公园大约一个小时车程，酒店价格只有公园景区酒店的一半。
酒店房间大部分都很干净，就是电视周围有点灰尘，床垫弹簧让床很吵。早餐非常棒，但泳池区域肯定需要维护，我注意到泳池周围有很多瓷砖剥落和开裂。周六早上我儿子、我和另一个家庭在那里的时候，滑梯也出问题了，没有正常出水。除此之外，这是一家很棒的酒店，我还会再来住的。
我从酒店工作人员那里得知，通过第三方预订的请求会被忽视。太让人失望了。
