Breakfast was good, and staff were great about keeping everything replenished. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and very quick to accommodate requests. My kids loved the indoor pool. Would definitely stay again.

Getaway Stay
Room was clean, needed additional wash cloths as only 2 in room for 3 people (not a big deal front desk handled). The check in was great, received a complimentary voucher for a free appetizer to a local restaurant. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Check out was simple, just didn't receive a receipt.

Luke warm greeting at check-in. Burn spots on carpet in room. Bathroom door wood paneling coming apart. Bathroom sink drain was clogged but resolved by maintenance. Sheets on bed did not fit right. Disappointed with stay.

Last stay after 10 years of good visits.
When we first arrived, we were given a room very close to the public computer and bathrooms. We have had a bad experience with people coming and going in those rooms before so we asked to be moved further down the hallway. Tracia had a little bit of an attitude about it was cheerfully moved our rooms. We walked in and the floor was dirty, the bathroom toilet paper holder was missing and the toilet paper was sitting on the bathroom counter. Overall the room seemed ill kept. We have been visiting your area every year for the last 10 years and have not ever had a problem with this hotel. I have to say this will be our last stay in the hotel. Things are obviously worn and that was not much of a concern because there were dumpsters in the parking lot which tells me you are working on some updates. The lack of cleanliness was not acceptable.

Watch the products in the little store they have.. I bought 3 sodas and 2 were expired.. one 6 months past its date and one a month past its date at 4$ each I was a little upset… the gentleman we had when checking in wasn’t personable at all he was kinda acting like his job was an inconvenience and we checked in at 4:15… Breakfast was great pool and hot tub were good and room was spotless and comfortable…
