Last stay after 10 years of good visits.
When we first arrived, we were given a room very close to the public computer and bathrooms. We have had a bad experience with people coming and going in those rooms before so we asked to be moved further down the hallway. Tracia had a little bit of an attitude about it was cheerfully moved our rooms. We walked in and the floor was dirty, the bathroom toilet paper holder was missing and the toilet paper was sitting on the bathroom counter. Overall the room seemed ill kept. We have been visiting your area every year for the last 10 years and have not ever had a problem with this hotel. I have to say this will be our last stay in the hotel. Things are obviously worn and that was not much of a concern because there were dumpsters in the parking lot which tells me you are working on some updates. The lack of cleanliness was not acceptable.

Watch the products in the little store they have.. I bought 3 sodas and 2 were expired.. one 6 months past its date and one a month past its date at 4$ each I was a little upset… the gentleman we had when checking in wasn’t personable at all he was kinda acting like his job was an inconvenience and we checked in at 4:15… Breakfast was great pool and hot tub were good and room was spotless and comfortable…

The king suite I reserved through ******* was NOT available. I was told by the front desk person that ******* booked a room that wasn’t even available at that particular location. I was given a regular king room with a broken jetted tub the first night. After telling me there was no suite available during my stay, they gave me a Jr. king suite for the next two nights. It was nothing like the one ******* advertised, but slightly better than the standard king room. I will not be using ******* in the future because I was very disappointed in this experience.

My family ad I had a splendid stay here!! The pool was amazing, our daughter LOVED it!! Only misfortune was to have no shampoo or conditioner upon arrival... 🙄

My room was very clean but the mattress on pull out couches (I had 3 rooms) was horrible. The spring would stick you in the back. They need to be replaced. They were so bad couldn’t sleep at night for what I paid for the room. They should’ve been in better shape. I don’t know if I’ll be back there to stay or not. It wasn’t for that. It would’ve been perfect.

Most disappointing hotel stay in years by far. Won’t pick on the little things. Travel soccer team descended on hotel for weekend and ran amok with minimal adult or staff oversight. Room above mine was stomping and running terribly around for hours. When brought to staff’s attention they did something to minimize but did not eliminate. Ended up in a handicap accessible room
( which I normally would have asked to move but I didn’t)
Anyway last day in room had brutally bright strobe light flashing numerous times during day. Went to desk to check out and evidently was a “handicap” accessory that inexplicably went off randomly during my stay (and it was brutal!!!!!). Front desk had no answer other that maintenance would check out next day (after I had checked out) and the blinding clicking light went off twice during the night waking me from a deep sleep. To boot, was unable to adjust A/C to a comfortable temp and I sweated much of the night. The TV was terrible. I am not one to often write negative reviews but this Hampton Inn was pretty disappointing
