The room is old and outdated. The curtains were ripped and falling off some hooks, the faucet and shower handle were completely loose with no caulking (there is probably mold behind the walls from no caulk), no hair dryer in the room, I couldn't even watch any TV (couldn't get more than 3 channels) the mini fridge was wobbly and barely cold. I got my sandwich out and it was warm the next morning. I had to through it out because it had turkey on it. And the attempt at paint matching, doesn't match.
I was not happy with the stay at all.

I was bitten by bed bugs. The manager/owner stated he was going to follow up with me in regards to his findings and compensation for my experience. I haven’t heard from him. I’m highly allergic to them which makes the experience unbearable.

Hanging around the back where you have to park makes one feel unsafe

Check in was great. Front desk staff was very friendly. Room-walls and doors needed to be clean. My biggest complaint, they told my son he couldn't take any breakfast out of the area. When i went and down and made sure to take food in front of them and no one said anything to me. Breakfast was included and thats what i paid for. Dont pick on people who cant defend themselves.

It was okay.
The door knob was broken, tub kicked in and someone’s soap was left twice. The lady up front was super sweet and tried to get the housekeeping to do better but the second night she came and cleaned our bathroom herself. The soap was left both day and trash wasn’t taken after she put in for a full service. Otherwise she was helpful and hopefully the bathrooms will get cleaned better.

No where on the web site did it say you are charge an extra 100$ if you are local. My lights are out so needed a room for the night. Would have been nice to be forewarned about extra charge instead of being told after already paid and checking in.

酒店回复: I am sorry you feel that way. If you check it again and click on the policies, it is clearly mentioned that a damage deposit of $200 will be collected at the check-in. I hope this will clarify your doubts. Thanks for staying with us

Staff seemed more interested in personal phone conversations than helping me with check in. The bed was so uncomfortable, I decided to check out a day early and sleep elsewhere. Shower/tub leaks at base, carpet frayed. Bedding cover was shabby. Curtains had holes.
