Staff seemed more interested in personal phone conversations than helping me with check in. The bed was so uncomfortable, I decided to check out a day early and sleep elsewhere. Shower/tub leaks at base, carpet frayed. Bedding cover was shabby. Curtains had holes.
Towels were nice

Door handle to door broken. Key cards won’t work. Fan in bathroom wouldn’t work. Room condition was poor. Remote back had tape on it. Hallway smelled musty

Not happy at all, drove up from Florida for a wedding. After being on the road for 9hrs. They check us into a dirty room with dirty wash rags hanging from the shower rod, a wet bathroom floor & an unmade bed. Then when my husband goes to ask for a different room, the lady tried to make it seem like it was his fault for checking into a dirty room. Disgusting.

All that needs to be said is there were bed bugs in our room! We did not stay and asked for a refund, which they said they would make but it is still up to ******* to issue it. That has not happened yet. Don’t book through a third party if you can avoid it!

The staff is great and the property is clean & safe. The mattress needs improved. If you have back issues, don’t stay here.

Customer service was WONDERFUL, everyone is very nice! Keurig was dusty and needed to be cleaned before using, ceiling peeling a bit, standing lamp in room didn't work. Mini fridge was off balance and that caused things to spill a couple times but we just said it had personality! Pool was a nice size for the kids but they didn't want to swim long because of bugs in the pool. Overall the stay was good for the price, convenience to locations, and the staff really was super amazing. The coffee and breakfast bar are a great start to the day as well!

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful but the property is not in the best condition. My room was not very clean and trash was on the floor and what appeared to be blood possibly towards the top of a wall. Evidence housekeeping is not thoroughly cleaning the rooms which is very very concerning. The refrigerator in room had no knobs to adjust temperature and the freezer part was covered in ice and basically frozen over. The telephone in room did not work so I had to call front desk from my cell phone and lastly TV remote had tape holding the batteries in so remote did not work best either. I prepaid with no option for refund so was stuck staying somewhere I was not comfotable in. So definitely not a Comfort or Clean Inn.

This Comfort Inn was OK, but our room needed maintenance. Specifically:
-＞ The TV remote stopped working (would not power on the TV.
-＞ The water pressure at the bathroom sink was too low.
