The receptionist was not friendly and complained that the cleaning staff were not her responsibility for not having our room ready at the specified time. Also, she promised cookies twice, but never got around to putting them up. Maybe she was having a bad day.

The room was large with a huge sitting room attached and spacious, clean bathroom. All of the staff was excellent, except there was a small miscommunication with the housekeepers who ignored the “Room Occupied” sign and try to come in way too early. The manager and on-duty staff took care of everything and my stay was quiet and I had a great night’s sleep. Would love to stay here again next time I’m in the area.
