Very quaint property. Very charming. If you’re looking for old charm this the place. A surprise find and well priced.

The hotel staff first off were wonderful and very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice and updated. I will definitely stay here again when I get a chance to come back through.

Welcoming and friendly staff! Appreciated the warm welcome when we checked in at 12:30am and friendly send off as well as the clean room and good breakfast options. Would definitely stay here again!!

Staff friendly, room nice, area close to our birding events. Breakfast can always be a little nicer but was adequate.
We like whole grains, better yogurt but it was fine.

The room was large, almost a suite. The free breakfast included unlimited scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, orange juice, pastry/bagel & toast. Plenty of free parking. Friendly staff. The best buy for a room we have had in 20 years! Easy to get to Cleveland by freeway, the park system, Cleveland Art Museum et al. In the suburbs.

They used glass on all flat surfaces for cleanliness. They had nice tables, table cloths and real dishes and silverware for breakfast.
I was expecting a dine in option which the website said they had and it was closed. My room was near the stairwell and the elevator was not working so it was very noisey at times..Overall it was a great stay. Central to everything I was interested in doing . Very very clean no room odor

Even though we got stuck in the elevator for about 10 minutes (which is why only 4 stars) the rest was so nice. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and this is the only hotel that I've been to that used actual plates and mugs and silverware.
