Jody and Mel were excellent at check in amd great to converse with. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The full breakfast was great i will stay here every visit from now on.

The room was excellent. We had a very comfortable king bed. We also had a sofa. Extra large room.
The breakfast was very good.
The hotel was full. The hotel should have two elevators.

Our stay was nice and cozy … only thing is that it was bit far from city center. However, it was not a big deal for red deer being a small town. Everything was within 5-10 minutes drive.

I stayed here for two days with my husband and 3 kids we had a blast in the future we will stay again but I hope they change the door to the bathrooms as it was a super tight squeeze to get in and out especially if you are in a hurry also add a bigger vent has it took a very long time for heat to circulate in the bathroom after shower but other then these 2 I truly loved staying at the hotel thank you to all the staff for all your help and patience

Family stay
We had three family suites booked for a family holiday. Everyone loved their well appointed suites. Kids were thrilled with 3 tv’s in the room. Breakfast was good, with different meat every morning (ham, sausage, bacon). Breakfast room is quite small but they open up the meeting room for extra seating, so our group of took advantage of that. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Good location for a stop to Edmonton/Calgary/Rockies.
Breakfast was good and supermarkets are only a few minutes by car.
