Property was acceptable. Unfortunately, the room was beside the elevator machine room and the smokers were in and out a good portion of the night.

The good
The staff were great, lots of choice for breakfast and decent quality and the price was the best in town
The bad
The building is old and worn, they need to upgrade decor, furniture and the bathrooms in the units.. looks like they do not upkeep the small things like repairing grout in showers, painting baseboards at the bottom where you can see exposed wood. The in suite furniture is old

The staff was courteous. We stayed 4 nights and our beds were only made once. We got fresh towels but bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast was OK but the eggs and sausages were the same every morning. No variation.
Also there was 2 remotes for the TV with no instructions.
When we finally got it going the internet would go out about every 10 minutes and would have to restart.

酒店回复: My apologies for your experience. We do have daily service so I'm sorry that your bed wasn't made. We don't have a commercial kitchen so having variety in our breakfast items is quite difficult. Everything is precooked or prepackaged. As for the TV, I agree that it can be difficult for that type of TV, which is why we didn't purchase them again. I don't sincerely apologize for these issues you mentioned and hope you'll give us another chance.

Overall nice stay, good price. The HotTub wasn’t ever Hot per se. But still alright for a short period. Bathtub had quite a bit of rust throughout the bottom.

We were there for a wedding so didn’t spend a bunch of time at the hotel.. the free breakfast was good, my group enjoyed the hot tub, and it’s conveniently next door to Tim’s, and shopping/restaurants. The room and public spaces are a little dated, but very clean. I found the beds a little too soft, but I like a real firm mattress, so it’s probably just me. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
