Very easy, quick check in. Stuff is great, polite, helpful, kind. Room was great. It had everything. Fridge, iron, ... We had to use the dryer in laundry room. Reception can change money if you need quoters for it. Plenty of breakfast choices. Good location. Had a couple on mini bugs in the bathroom, but i feel like most place has that. Still recommend tgis place. Cheapest in our price range. Liked it

Staff was friendly and very helpful upon check in and entire length of stay. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. The hot breakfast buffet was a nice option with biscuits and gravy, sausage, make your own waffles and scrambled eggs in addition to cereals, yogurt and bagels. Not to far from Biltmore Estate and plenty of restaurants in the area. Would stay again if back in area.

The room smelled like cigarettes. We received a note saying they wouldn't be able to clean our room because they were short staffed. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
