Room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Very nice property. Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. Staff was very warm and friendly. We will stay there again.

We felt neglected! and no one cleaned the room. It was a 3 night stay and we requested at least fresh clean towels which we had to go to the front desk for. We were told to put the garbage at the front door and all day no one came to get it. The room was not very clean to begin with as well and the appliances were very old. My stay was disappointing.

It was a great stay till somebody continued knocking on our door then walks right on in while my wife was naked in the room and then it happened again with 2 other people said that our room was marked as vacant when we didn’t even check out.

入住人员很粗鲁，没有告知我每天10美元的停车费，而我之前入住时从未支付过。我不得不彻底擦拭房间，清理桌子上和厨房里的碎屑。我住了4天，却没有人收垃圾。我不得不要求换毛巾、熨斗和纸巾。没有人整理床铺，我抱怨的厨房坏了的灯也一直没修好。
这家酒店真是糟糕透了。我一走进去就意识到我们不能住了。我们找到了一家新酒店。没有新的卫生纸卷，到处都是锈迹和污垢。到处都是头发，表面黏糊糊的，真是糟糕透了。酒店拒绝退款。

还不错。我之前不知道是那种“去3号房找房间”之类的，我讨厌这种事。不过找到房间之后，感觉还不错。退房时间是12点，所以这点挺好的。
