Don’t bother security blokes rude and call people names when they are in the wrong. Believe this is a site for refugees all outside looking at why you are there and making comments also disgusting Police presence I would not use shame for those using the snow dome also

We went to the snowdome on the 4th Dec after travelling over an hour I was desperate to go to the toilet being pregnant, while we got my disabled mother out her car into her wheelchair I popped into the hotel lobby cudnt even get past the 2nd double door to be rudely asked what I was doing by the security man, I asked politely if they had any toilets I could use as I was pregnant and desperate to which he rudely said no not open to general public! What is the work coming to! Awful never off staff!

Stayed here for 4 nights for work purposes on a BnB basic and it was definitely adequate for my requirements. The location is good as many places locally to eat out in the evening. Breakfast was ok usual mix of typically English breakfast as well as cereals, fresh juices and coffee machines.

Stayed one night the room was good as were the helpful staff and the breakfast was ok to, it’s close to everything and the snow dome is right next door, but outside of the hotel grounds can be a bit grubby and wouldn’t want to walk around at night. Good hotel for a one night stopover.

Stay here all the time, Alex on reception is a top friendly girl! You will be lucky to encounter her, always have the best stay with great staff and laughs. Great beds too, wouldn’t recommend a better hotel for their service

We ordered apple pie and waited 35 mins fir this then it was frozen. So we sent it back Then it came out burned with a hair in it. No remote control in room,no phone in room to contact reception, dirty tissues under bed. Staff member was apologetic

This is a very nice hotel, good location and wonderful staff, our room clean, modern with good facilities and a very comfortable bed, breakfast was excellent with plenty of very friendly staff more than willing to help with any concerns. My only criticism would be the evening bar, the hotel was full and nearby there was a music concert, so when we all arrived back at the same time there was only one member of staff on the bar of the 4 draft options 2 were off and a third didn't last long, and the fridge stock wasn't much better. Knowing the hotel is full and with a concert next door you would have thought someone in management would have thought ahead and made sure things were stocked and staffed for the rush

Excellent hotel and good breakfast, ideal location and rooms we're really good, will definitely be going back, Lake right outside hotel so has a great view, snow dome right next door and a short walk to the town, case grounds on the way to the town are amazing, great for kids and families

Stayed here with my coach party for Silverstone. Excellent parking with plenty of room for a coach. Picturesque location with a lovely lake accompanied by ducks and geese. Room was lovely and comfortable. Staff were absolutely first class and lovely.

Stayed overnight with my son. We went to bed at 11 but were woken at 1 by noisy drunks coming along the corridor. We were then woken at 7am by people leaving the hotel or getting up for breakfast.if you want a peaceful sleep i would book a different place to stay. I will add that the staff were very helpful.
