**Review Title: Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price**
I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The room was far from clean, with visible grime in the corners of the bathroom and a mysterious stain on the carpet. We felt compelled to keep our shoes on the entire time we were in the room. I regret not asking for a different room, but I can only assume they would all be in similar condition.
The room itself was very run-down, featuring cracked tiles in both the bathroom and entryway, a poor paint job, and walls with haphazardly patched holes. It felt neglected and unwelcoming.
To make matters worse, the elevator was dirty, and there was a terrible smell lingering in the hallway. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my stay and will definitely not be returning. Save your money and look for a better option!

The cleaning was terrible. I had to request numerous times to have the room cleaned. The Breakfast was not great and didn’t have any fruit or yogurt.

Stay was good, comfy beds and good breakfast. Only complaint was the coffee maker in the room wouldn’t work on the last day and room was never cleaned.

Expensive place to stay for broken tile, dated appliances, poor mqintenance, everything starting to yellow like its old, and holes in the walls. Supposed to be a smoke free hotel but the 3rd floor smelled like burnt cigarettes. There were definately people living there, it reminded me of low class apartment living with smelly hotstove cooking, and there were many different types of smells coming from each kitchen especially at the end of the work day. Busy place Id say they dont have it rented out to anyone but field workers. I wont go back. The staff added a hefty damage deposit, so I took them through my room to show them all the damages so I wouldnt be charged for them. I like Ramada I ordinarily frequent them but this one was run down. The breafast was decent but when I went to open up the hot stove the eggs and sausage lid is broken and it slammed so hard off the back end it scared everyone senseless who was sitting to eat I had to apologize to everyone. The Hotel did absolutely nothing to show that they cared about the lousy stay. If I had the energy after the long day I had I would have packed up my stuff after checkin and left abruptly. The hotel is located at the entry to the townsite on Hway 216. They gave 10% off at Boston Pizza across the street

Everything is quite good except when i ask the male housekeeping in the afternoon for towels. All clean towels are on the floor in the hallway he got my towels there and handed it to me. I would suggest they should have a bin for clean ones.everyone is walking in and out on the 3rd floor halls.

I love that it’s pet friendly and the room we got had the jacuzzi tub and a kitchenette which was great :)
I lowered the stars for a few reasons
1. The night I checked in I called to say that I would be there around 12:30 –1 a.m. and it was a late check-in. When I showed up at 1;04am when we went to check in she told us that she had just cancelled the reservations for the night and no one told her that we were coming late. Luckily she was able to save my reservation that I had for two night.
2. Love the idea of the Jacuzzi, but unfortunately ours was missing some of the grout in the edging for the tiles so my husband walked past the Jacuzzi and the metal rail(edging) was sticking out a bit and he gashed his knee open.
3. The Jacuzzi tub was in the main area and in the bathroom there was still a full bath and shower. The drain in the shower was not draining properly so it just kept filling up with water when I wanted to shower so I had to shove something in the drain in order to keep the plug from sucking in.
4. Lastly, the continental breakfast was honestly just so so, a lot of carbs and nothing really memorable.
