Every staff member we interacted with (three night stay, so plenty of opportunities) was extremely friendly and helpful when we had questions. Room was clean, lobby was beautiful. The only “complaint” was the oddness of getting a handicap room when it wasn’t requested. I assume the handicap requirement (lots of open space in the event the occupant had a wheelchair?) explains why our bathroom had ZERO places to lay your clothes when showering, and the tiniest shelf I’ve ever seen at a sink. Did not hold the bare minimum of toiletries without having to pile stuff up.
Also, it’s been years since I’ve stayed at a hotel that didn’t have USB ports, either in lamp bases or built in to outlets. Had to go buy a block to plug our cords into. Shocked that wasn’t available.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Room was great. Clean. Comfortable beds great air conditioning. Exercise room and pool very clean and easy to access. One of the best stays in a long time

I thought everything went well for our stay. The property staff was nothing short of attentive and hospitable. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. The only this was the smell of the floors in the hallways. Was off-putting. My only complaint

Our check engine light came on the night before we were to drive 500 miles home. The woman at the desk deftly helped us find a few options for local mechanics in the morning. She stepped up and helped us get on the road safe and on time. Thanks!
