Staff was very friendly and polite. Beds were clean and comfortable. Cleanliness in the room/bathroom needs more detail. Black mold above shower head and significant build up of mold at bathroom vent. Garbage under couch and bed. It’s been a long time since an overall cleaning was done to the room. Dust build up around chairs enough that it’s changed color of carpet. Lightbulb was burned out in bathroom All of this was addressed at front desk with staff and it just happened that head of housekeeping was there to hear my comments.

Mice had a better stay

Didn’t feel too welcomed. They couldn’t wait to check me in before running out for a smoke break. Whole floor let alone my room smelled like mice and therefore my comfort level was super low. No way they can’t miss that smell. Check out was just as heartless. Lady was disgusted I wanted to hand her my keys. Last stay here so no need to hear their fake apologies. Be better and do better.

Probably the easiest check in I’ve had in a long time. Wish I had got the young ladies name that checked us in. I barely stopped, and she had our keys cards in my hand. I detest long check ins and this was refreshing, especially when you have paid for/pre-booked your stay

Would stay here again

Very nice Holiday Inn. Hotel staff were great. Restaurant staff even better with good food. Room was good, comfortable bed and pillows. No complaints

Woman at front desk in the evening was very helpful. Kind and professional. I had a special request for an accessible room and she accommodated me. Highly recommend!

There were a lot of cigarette butts in the drop off area by the front door, planters outside were in need of maintenance, area rug in lobby needed to be vacuumed. Elevators were dirty.
