We only had a one-night stay at Movenpick Qassim but it was pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly specially Rayan who made our stay comfortable and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay!! The staff were very welcoming and professional. A special thanks to Gine who was always attentive, polite and made us feel truly valued throughout our visit.

The staff here is absolutely wonderful and very accommodating, making every part of the visit pleasant. Gine, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of with genuine kindness and professionalism. Her attentiveness and warm attitude really stood out and made the experience memorable.
应该属于当地最好的酒店了，不过这个酒店年数应该蛮久了，设施比较陈旧，当然价格也不便宜。
酒店位置很好，前台员工也非常乐于助人。
这是一次非常棒的体验！
从接待到离店，所有员工都提供了卓越的服务和非常专业的服务。
浴室很小，而且有一股床褥的味道。
