Both evening and morning staff were extremely pleasant. The included breakfast had plenty of options. Even though it was right off the interstate, the traffic noise was not an issue. The only issue was the person in the room next to me deciding to play music at full blast early in the morning… The music itself was fine but not that loud at that hour. Nothing against the hotel though I’d stay again, no question.

one staff member " Agee" who was a trainee was very helpful, cheerful and made the stay worthwhile...the facility itself is a bit tired and needs a major upgrade

Hold your nose!
It stunk like stinky feet which made me wonder why so I questioned the cleanliness of the whole room. I used an entire can of fabreeze.

Super clean carpeting for a pet friendly hotel. Great breakfast options for those that can eat that stuff (I would have been allergic to everything but the apples and oranges). Slippery tile around the pool and spa area.
