Bed was comfortable, shower great because you can turn on the water from the side without getting wet, front desk personnel was attentive and welcoming

The hotel itself wasn’t an issue. The staff at check in was very short, didn’t have too much to say. I had been requesting a late checkout for the next day and no one answered me. At the desk she said “if no one answered then it’s no we have a lot of stupid softball kids here” fast forward there were kids running up and down the hall all night knocking on doors so I got no rest and at checkout no one cared to ask how the stay was, it was as if they couldn’t get wait to get me out. I was traveling alone. My son goes to college there and I was there to watch him play. I won’t be going back.

The beds were so comfortable, I didn’t wake from my sleep at all. The staff was really helpful. I arrived late and they still checked me in. They give ToGo containers at breakfast which was very helpful. They have direct from bean to cup coffee, which tasted so good, and little cups of marshmallows to put in your hot chocolate. Tip the attendant! She kept everything clean and fully stocked! Full breakfast bar.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the light shone through the blinds all night. The staff was great breakfast was good. Facility itself was clean and smelled good but I slept horribly.

Excellent, clean rooms and Breakfast area.
No low sugar options; many Yogurt favors and two brands but no low or no sugar option. Hard boiled egg tasted funny and so did Oatmeal. Veggy omelet, OK but scrambled would have been better. Bacon was great.

Check-in lady was fantastic - made you truly feel at home Room in good condition with comfortable beds. Excellent shower and bath products (Dove without strong scent). Felt nicer than local Hampton Inn. Only disappointment was seeing carpeting as it feels less clean to me but that’s a personal preference. Will stay again the next time I’m in town.

A typical Holiday Inn Express. There was limited staff. A coupIe of times I had to find someone -- to unlock the pool, even though it was posted as being open; to check out. Good coffee

Staff at this location are very friendly. Even when they are short-handed and the hotel is fully booked, they always have a smile and are very helpful. Facility is otherwise very nice and convenient to shopping and restaurants.
