Hotel was listed as being sold out and price was raised for the holiday weekend. When I arrived it was not sold out or anywhere near capcity during any point of my stay. I did not appreciate this false advertising and price gouging. It will make me consider another hotel in the future

Sometimes, when booking through third parties, you don't see all of our availability due to different restrictions in the system. Also, on Friday, the date of your arrival, we were fully occupied, so you may not have been able to book that until someone else canceled. We are priced very competitively with comparable hotels in our area, however the rates do vary based on occupancy and event going on.

We stay at this hotel every year when we visit our family. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the morning breakfast buffet is generous. I would like to see more plant based food options. Like many businesses in Ohio, they are experiencing staff shortages for cleaning rooms but you can easily request fresh towels. We will continue to stay here.

This is a great location, easy on off access to a main highway. Kids loved the pool and the small workout area. The breakfast they offer is wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable (temperature.) Thank you to the cleaning staff for refilling our towels! It was greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

Bed Was not comfortable at all. Not what we are used to with this hotel chain. Broken fixtures in the room. Mirror had a big chunk missing, wood above the window was pulled away and looked like it could fall at anytime, outlets under tv were pushed into the wall and the cover was just kinda set in front of it(it fell off), Broken floor tile. Very disappointing! And at over $200 a night I expected more from this hotel. We could have stayed at a hotel right by this one for less money but chose this because of past experience.

Our stay was started very well. After 2 hours of resting my 84 year old husband had a bad fall from the very slippery bathtub due it had no safety strips in the tub. His accident was so bad I hd to take him to the nearest urgent care. We made and incident report due the severity of his injury and neglect of the hotel for have such a slippery tub. Another, thing we were not able to take showers for our whole stay there due the unsafe bath/shower combination. This trip was not good.

酒店回复: Hello, we were very happy to be able to check you in two hours early on a sold out weekend, however, we were unable to change your room type into a handicap room upon arrival, as we were sold out. We are very sorry to hear that you slipped in the bathtub. Unfortunately, most hotels do have smooth surfaces in the tubs and showers as crevices and textures are less sanitary to clean and sanitize in between guests. We do apologize again that you found this to be too slippery, however, our property is up to all accessibility guidelines. We also did our best to assist you throughout the incident with first aid as well as pointing you in the direction of an Urgent Care to seek medical assistance if necessary. Next time, you should book an accessible room, as those have more railings and grab bars as well as a shower chair, however, we can not take those rooms from other guests if they are not booked in advance as those guests book them due to their individual needs. Again, we are sorry that you found the tub to be too slippery during your stay.

Booked this location solely for the use of the pool. Drove over two hours and arrived later in the evening, checked in where the front desk told me what time the pool was open until. Got my young children ready and went back down to find the pool closed for reservations. Was not happy.

We have had alerts on our website as well as our confirmation emails starting a couple weeks before the closure, which was 2 weeks prior to you booking your reservation. Again, I do apologize that this effected your stay, however, we did have all of the information published before closing the pool, unfortunately when you book through third parties, sometimes they do not get all information passed to their guests. Our pool will be re-opening soon and we do hope to see you in the future once it is back open.
