******* charged me took the money from my account. When I got to the hotel, they told me that ******* never made the payment gave me a printout that shows where the payment sent to the hotel was declined three times however the money was deducted from my bank account so they charge me again. I had to pay twice for the same room. The hotel is saying it’s on *******, yet ******* is saying it’s on the hotel…. and nobody would help me get my money back so now I’m having to dispute the charges with my bank. This has been the most awful experience on a week where money where money is tight because I am a single mother and the reason I had to stay in a hotel in my home town is because I am having plumbing issues at home and I needed this money for the plumber. As of check out nothing is yet resolved. I will never stay at another Hampton Inn or book through ******* again.

I didn’t have any issues with the property and plan on staying again in the future. Next time I will book directly with the motel rather than ******* because we booked for a king size bed and got 2 queens instead.

Noisy highway next to room. Odd placement for bathroom faucet and shower head. Great other than those two items. Staff very friendly.

Very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly except for the lady that checked me in.

There was a terrible smell near and in elevator. Mentioned my concern to front desk as it smelled like could be gas or toxic. Was advised repairs being done to elevator

Great family Getaway
Room was great; food was delicious; pool was great; parking was great; great restaurants around area; easy access to I-75; front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful night family getaway.
