This certainly is not the norm at our hotel with any of our staff, and I'm sorry that was your experience. We do charge a nominal fee for our parking lot and I do hope that you were able to enjoy the safety and security of our 40 security cameras, and numerous other included amenities. Enjoy a nice day!

It was great hearing from you.I apologize for the staff being on a cell phone - that is not behavior I condone, as our guests are our priority when they are arriving. Not knowing the situation, I will comment that our staff has had some issues with our system and did make calls to Management on their cells a few times these past two weeks (its easier when numbers are programmed into cell phones now) but there is no excuse for not putting the phone down. I'll be sure to follow-up with my staff to address; thanks for passing that along. Enjoy a great day!

Immediate Service
Our room had not been cleaned but the beds had been made trash not emptied and nothing wiped down. My daughter reported it and we were given another room immediately. Great service.

I am glad to read that a possible poor stay was turned around immediately and became a "10" stay. Clean room, nice free breakfast. My only complaint is that they charge for parking. It wasnt much, but should be included with the room.
