Water damage and peeling ceiling in bathroom, lumpy beds, breakfast bar was very untidy and slim pickens, door to the room had light from the hallway shining through on both sides, my husband requested a few towels and soap, he was told they would bring them up even though he was at the desk and offered to do it, they never brought them and when he called they said sorry they forgot and he went down to pick them up. Overall very disappointing and we will not use this facility again.

The hotel was older but it was comfortable and clean. The staff did their best and they were friendly. The water in the shower was hard to turn on, it was loose and kept spinning.

My room had small clumps if hair jn the entryway to room snd bathroom.

Desk chair very worn and disgusting

Bed had no mattress pad - just a blanket thickness “pad” that did not cover much of the bed. Yuck!!

I had stayed here once before and felt it was a cut above typical less expensive hotels. I stand by that assessment, but I felt that it had slipped just a bit. The odd thing was that one of the beds did not have a bed spread, but had otherwise been made. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I had some problems with the TV hookup, which dropped out a few times. - I would not avoid staying again, but I would consider all options.

Continental breakfast was misleading. Most food and Beveridge wasn't even prepared other than some bagels and yogurt . Juice machine was out of order. Disappointed.
