Stayed at the Fairfield Marriott San Antonio Boerne with my mom and brothers after traveling for two weeks up north. The clerk who checked me into our room upon arrival on September 25 after 9pm wasn’t very pleasant however, all other staff members were very friendly and greeted us each time we came and left, they went above and beyond. We saw the same clerk who previously checked us in (I did not her her name) on the second night of our stay at the front desk and she didn’t seem very happy to be there but the young man who was behind the desk with her was great!
Our stay was comfortable and the parking lot felt safe as it was very well lit up.

The property is undergoing renovations. The room was large, well appointed, and exceded expectations. D was on duty and she was a delight. Very personable, professioal, and hospitable. Very comfortable accomodations located in a great neighborhood.

Check in was pleasant and easy. The room was immaculate and smelled great. We got great rest and loved pool and hot tub. Would really liked to stay again!

I was not impressed with the quality of this hotel. The first room we were given had mildew spots on the wall and across the ceiling, and the bathroom floor was sticky. It was also a handicap room so it didn’t have a bathtub/shower combo but rather a roll-in shower. They tried to tell us the room
Would be bigger, but it just looked gross and I couldn’t see how it was any bigger. The second room was cleaner but it all seems old and like it needs to be dehumidified and updated. The bedding was clean, but the bed was not
Comfortable. I chose a Marriott brand thinking it would ensure a level of quality that didn’t bear out. The staff was really nice. The breakfast hostess was especially delightful—she was a shining light in the place.

I enjoyed the hot tub next to the swimming pool. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I like soft beds. The breakfast was good. Both breakfast attendants were very helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect for us to see the surrounding caves. We had a nice time visiting the area.

Amazing Award Winning Customer Service from Liz!
We’ve stayed at Staybridge Suites, La Quintas, Hilton but this was one of the most warmest welcoming experiences. Liz is great at her job and greeted us with a smile. She just radiates good vibes and energy! We had a good breakfast to start our day and we will be back!
