Smell of mold
The smell of mold throughout the building was hard to get past. The room was okay, but nothing that would set it apart from other mid-range hotel experiences.

The hotel is decent enough but could use a few improvements like new mattresss and carpet. I asked for a higher floor room and they gave me second floor with a blocked view by two huge columns by the front entrance. Out of 5 floors that was the best they could come up with. A little disappointing especially because I stayed 3 nights

Clean and comfortable. All staff friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Also close to area restaurants

Dan Stewart’s stay again.
Excellent as usual. But no ice machine on the 5th floor and the mattress was hard. Not comfortable as they usually are here. Staff was wonderful as always.

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, dusty vents, and a strong smell in our room. A worker quit/was fired as we arrived and we had to wait for someone to come check us in. Food was subpar. Burned toast set off fire alarm at 7:30 am but no one knew how to get into the room to shut it off. We were told that they would not be making any more breakfast after that. There was 1 nice worker. Try another hotel.

我正从阿什维尔开车回家，实在太累了，根本无法继续开车——而且天气也很糟糕。这家酒店满足了我住一晚的一切需求——就在高速公路边上，免费停车，还有热腾腾的早餐。酒店非常干净，工作人员也非常友好，尤其是早上在前台和早餐区工作的两位女士。她们确保我上路前准备好了水和咖啡。我一定会再来这里住的。
酒店很安静，我们睡得很好。房间很干净。我们很喜欢遮光窗帘。早餐不好吃（糟糕透了），所以我们最后在停车场对面的Cracker Barrel餐厅吃了。浴室只有镜前灯。浴缸/淋浴间上方有一盏灯，但没办法打开。浴室里没有风扇，所以镜子长时间都湿漉漉的。下次我们很可能会选择其他酒店。
我们家的淋浴到晚上7点就关不上了，他们说可以搬走，因为我们有4个孩子都睡着了，所以我们没搬走。第二天我们出去了6个小时，回来的时候还是没修好，水还在流，所以我们收拾行李，换到另一间房间住了一晚。第二天退房的时候，问题已经修好了。
