We reserved a room that was supposed to sleep two adults and two children, age 11 & 13. Turns out that the sofa bed was a twin size, obviously that didn’t work. Learn from our mistake and check the accommodations very closely. That being said, the facility was nice and staff were super helpful and professional!

The room was clean, but the bathroom was very tight for our family size. The pillows on the sofa look dingy and old. In the shower, you can see black stains. I wasn’t sure if it was mowed or not.

When it was time for us to check in their system was down so they were writing everything down on paper. It is really not a eco-friendly hotel at all.

Great stay with a good breakfast. The bed was comfortable and it being a suite was nice. We reported that our toilet wouldn't quit running when flushed. Im sure theyll fix it.

The first room we checked into was bad, the toilet was dirty with a black ring around it and constantly running. I called the front desk and Wendy moved us to another room she was very friendly and helpful. The pool was dirty and cloudy, the elevator was broken half the time. We were on the 6th floor and had to go up and down with our 4yr. We initially rented it from Monday to Friday but it was just too much we checked out Thursday. We didn’t get trip protection so we just lose $137. That place need a remodel.

The only complaint we had was there were several people outside drinking when we came in and they were bothering us and when we went out the next morning they were still out there drinking. For a group of ladies it was unsettling to have people doing that right outside the door to go in and out.
