Layout of room was great. Didn’t feel like it was just a room and a bed. Staff were very warm. Appreciated the breakfast options- nummy!

Whoever redesigned these rooms forgot to face the tv to the bed. On vacation we like to relax on the bed and watch tv, not possible here. TV faces 90 degrees from bed. WE found this room unsuitable. The gracious staff moved us to another room, which was somewhat better, but I don't think I'll consider Hampton Inn on my next trip. The staff were great and very helpful and I appreciate that.

帮我们办理入住的那位女士态度很不友好，甚至有点令人不快。我们没问她的名字，但她看起来20多岁，或者30出头，是非裔美国人。
昨晚不知从哪里传来很吵的音乐，吵得我们睡不着觉。我们度过了漫长而紧张的一天，晚上8点半左右才上床睡觉。音乐听起来像是乐队演奏或现场音乐会，但可能不是。我们经常去诺克斯维尔，这是我们第一次入住这家酒店。我们对它印象不太好！
房子干净整洁，温馨宜人，但最引人注目的是一位接待员。她叫阿里，非常亲切，总是面带微笑地迎接客人，并问候“早上好”或“晚上好”。
酒店很一般。房间空调效果不好。房间装修很廉价，而且有点脏。走廊又热又潮湿。淋浴排水不畅。
还行，没什么特别的。干净，前台人员也很好。基本设施价格有点高，但会再次考虑。
空调系统滋生细菌
空调系统不干净，里面有细菌滋生。我们在房间里呼吸困难。幸好只住了一晚。
