The breakfast was ok, a bit lacking, but good. No pool or hot tub. Like all these chains, they are always in maintenance.

Pool not working and there was no mention of this when we booked. That was disappointing. Very expensive stay for limited amenities. Breakfast was the exact same options both days of our stay. Fresh cookies in the lobby was nice.

Name changed to Garner IHG so that was a bit confusing. Rooms were nice, bed was comfy as was the pillows. Breakfast was good. Coffee was not good. TV screen was fuzzy in our room. A lot of TV channels to select from. We were with other people who said their TV was fuzzy too. All in all, we would stay again. It was super quiet- we loved that.

We needed a handicapped accessible room, and we were given one on the first floor, which was great. As soon as we got in our room, we noticed the noise coming from the next room. We thought it was fans, as they had removed fans from our room. The sound never quit, so in early evening, we asked if whatever was making the sound could be turned off so that we could sleep better.
The person from the desk came down, and we found out that the sound was coming from a mechanical room next to ours.
What ever it was that was making the noise - compressor or something, could not be turned off. She said that she couldn't give us another room, as they were all being used.
I think that we should have been offered a refund, or we should have been offered a quiet room in one of the other hotels in the area.
We have had a good experience at other Holiday Inn Express hotels, but this was very disappointing due to the constant noise.

Remodeling so everything was tore up. Breakfast wasn’t very good. Pool closed without warning. And paid over $200 a night. The staff were friendly.

Our family booked this location based on the pool amd water slide. We were not informed at check-in the pool was closed for renovations.
We were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted to enjoy the pool between games.
Had we been told prior to checking in we would have looked for another cheaper option.

Pool not in operation due to remodeling. All else above average.
