I checked in and gave my teenager the room key to carry the first set of bags to our room. Imagine my surprise when he came running back to me frantically saying he unlocked the door and walked in and there was a woman lying across the bed watching TV!!! That could've ended very very badly for my teenager!!!! I fear what might've happened if a man had been in the room with her and thought my teenager was trying to assault or rob them!!!!

房间很棒，床也非常舒服。包含的早餐种类丰富，非常丰盛。我唯一要吐槽的是浴室里好像没有排风扇，或者排风扇坏了。我肯定还会再住这家酒店的，觉得性价比很高。
失望
第一个房间闻起来有尿味。走廊里有个疯狂的罪犯，不得不被逮捕。入住期间钥匙被锁了，不得不换新的。我的信用卡被扣了两次，每次一晚，还被扣了两次杂费。一直在等信用卡扣款。非常失望。我在这里住过很多次了，但最近感觉服务不太好。
床需要换床垫了。这家酒店建于六年前，这是我睡得最差的一次。
吸烟者只能站在外门外。不吸烟者则不得不日夜不停地穿过烟雾。请把吸烟者移远一点。这太不愉快了。
如果白天要为顾客提供咖啡，就必须偶尔更换或加热。如果咖啡没有被送走，就不要再装了。
这家酒店曾经是我们默特尔比奇最爱的酒店之一。现在不行了。它已经失去了它的魅力。200美元的价格太贵了。
我不会再住这里了……
入住时电梯坏了，柜台的Rojae先生仍然给我安排了四楼的房间。酒店工作人员甚至都没提电梯坏了，我到的时候消防车就在那儿，我听到他们说电梯坏了，当天修不好。由于行李很多，我要求换到低楼层的房间……我同意了，但那是允许携带宠物的楼层。我对动物毛发严重过敏，所以整个入住期间都不得不服用苯海拉明，但离开时仍然鼻塞打喷嚏。房间一直有异味，而且看起来又旧又脏。我们自己买了清洁用品，但还是没能去除那股难闻的气味。工作人员不太友好，尤其是在办理入住时。房间里的空调也不太好，整晚都很热。我不会再住这里了。感觉很不受欢迎，而且这里的清洁程度不像我习惯的那样。更不用说电梯坏了，而且自 2023 年以来就没有检查过！！
我到达后被告知没有空房了。客服人员找不到酒店可以预订。我最终在晚上10点自己找到了一家酒店。我正在等退款到信用卡。
从来没有人打扫过房间——除非我要求，否则不会有干净的毛巾，垃圾都是我自己倒的，卫生纸也用完了。
虽然工作人员似乎对瓶装水和 K 杯等用品有些吝啬，但酒店还是不错的。
