The people were great. The food was fine. Breakfast was great. The entire third floor smells like mold. They have a serious water issue in that building somewhere.

The staff was sweet and welcoming! Room was clean but slightly damaged. Nothing that affected anything, just frames with chunks out and lamp was cracked and a little crumpled. All together this is our 3rd stay and we would stay again!

I was not impressed by this property. The breakfast did not include waffles grits or hash browns. The room looked dated. Holes in curtains, dirty window tracks, ac leaked on carpet, shower head was loose, showwr rod and shower curtain was old dated needed to be replaced. Will not stay at this hotel again

Most of the select service Marriott brands, such as Fairfield Inn, do not serve grits because it has not been a brand standard in for at least 5 years and we are not allowed to serve it. Unfortunately, hash browns have never been a brand standard for Fairfield Inns, so we have never had them on the breakfast bar. We do serve waffles, however, we are only required to have them out on the breakfast bar on weekends only. I do apologize for this if the waffles were not available if you stayed on a weekend visit. The hotel is on the list for renovations for we are past due for one. I do apologize again for the issues you encountered. Thank you for your feedback. This helps us improve on service and standards. Thank you for giving us a chance to serve you.

I was disappointed that the pool was out of service. I didn’t notice that was posted when I made the reservation. Other than that, everything else was good.

Dilapidated hotel. Not worth the money.
Beds were worn out. No signs about pool being under renovation and closed. Shower handle was loose. Hallways smelled musty.

The entire hotel has a musty smell like there has been a flood and they’re cleaning it up, the pool is completely empty. We were hoping to use the pool with our kids and no one ever told us it wasn’t able to be used. We definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
