Everything was great except for noisy people next door to us. It would be nice to spread people out when the hotel is not busy.

Nice stay
We made a last minute decision to stay overnight. The hotel was in a good location and Barbara at the desk was so nice! King bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great place for a great price

Staff at Holiday Inn Express Blythewood were great
The staff especially the front desk manager Zio and the breakfast captain ladies were so friendly and welcoming.

Oversold
I notified the hotel at 6:37pm of my late arrival of 11:30pm. The friendly desk clerk stated “no problem, we have your room, drive safe”. Upon arrival no double queen was available so they offered a king room which would not suffice. After phone calls and room searches by the staff I was offered a double queen with sitting area that might have been recently carpet cleaned as the room was damp. We took the room but well after midnight we were awakened by an attempt to enter our room by a late arriving guest. Clerk at checkout was apologetic but beware the hotel will oversell your pre-paid room.
