The hotel was perfect, comfortable, easily & accessible from the highway. The continental breakfast was great too!

They had a remodeling work going on. Trash was everywhere! Very noisy. If I had known about remodeling, I would have stayed at somewhere else! So unfair and disappointing!

Check in woman was awesome; check out woman was curt. Open area no drywall below ac unit with insulation showing, & dirt and/or mold in bath baseboards. Elevators were jerky & worrisome to ride in. Random people walking around outside who clearly weren’t hotel-related. I’m a long time Hampton Inn devotee all over the country; this is the worst one I’ve been in. Maybe the construction will bring better things.

They are in the middle of renovating, but things were still made accessible, amenities were great, still comfortable and safe! Highly recommended!

Unplanned fees. Despite paying in advance still tried to charge multiple times with various amounts as if fishing for something.
Poor parking. Not enough parking.

Lobby was under some construction but they handled it all quite well with informing guests of schedule. Well run

We arrived to find that construction was underway🚩. There was limited parking available for paying guests, and we were instructed to park behind the building in a community center lot, where an event was also taking place.
Upon entering my room, I discovered that the TV was completely unusable. Additionally, food was left outside some doors and remained in the halls until the next morning. The noise level was extreme—forget about getting a good night's rest! Every footstep from the people above was audible.
I felt as if I were at a budget inn. While the price of our stay suggested a high-end experience, the accommodations certainly felt low-budget.

我以为会是以前住过的那种房间。这个房间只有一张小桌子，没有带台灯的茶几，也没有咖啡桌，只有一个很大、不太友好的开放空间。总经理说希尔顿正在把房间里的家具搬走，空荡荡的。我会考虑其他酒店。
所以当我们入住的时候，一切都很棒。我们两次打电话到前台，因为晚上10:30，我们正想睡觉，楼上有孩子在楼上制造噪音，把足球扔在地板上，前台的那位女士对此无动于衷。我不得不下楼又问了她一次。你能不能上楼去告诉那些人安静点？我到那里的时候，一位年轻的先生说是的，他们在楼上踢足球，所以我们根本睡不着。
白天的工作人员友好且彬彬有礼。晚上办理入住的工作人员没有透露50美元的宠物费。
前台和早餐区正在进行施工/瓷砖铺设，空气中灰尘很多。
