The check-in staff was nice and friendly. However, there was some confusion about the room I had reserved and paid for. Apparently, it was not available due to a wedding party. They placed us in a handicap room that was not up to the standards we are used to. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and been pleased.

Once was enough
Hotel smelled a little old and musty. Mattress was worn out. Probably the slowest elevator ever. Breakfast Buffett was mediocre at best.

Check in process was great! This hotel was good for one night!
The gym and pool were closed for maintenance. The breakfast needs help! The pancake machine was down, no other options for waffles or pancakes, the cooler was out of service, no milk other than what was sitting out on the counter. Drink machine only apple juice and water working, most of the other food was out, waited 15 min before any new food was put out and others were complaining also..

They were allowing a barbecue party to take place under our window in the parking lot. They would not give us a refund when we requested it and we were only an hour into our stay. It appeared to be blood on the drapes and something else gross on the lampshade. There were people in the parking lot that were clearly not at all sober but they eventually drove away.

As part of their team-building activities, the groups prepared meals for their teammates in the pool area they were not in the parking lot. These gatherings were supervised and concluded by 9:00 PM, which is in full compliance with IHG’s quiet hours policy beginning at 10:00 PM. We do allow our guests to enjoy their time on the property as long as it’s respectful of others and within policy guidelines.We take all cleanliness concerns seriously and regret that you encountered issues in your room. We would have gladly addressed these matters immediately if brought to our attention at the time.We understand you requested a refund shortly after check-in. While we strive to accommodate all guest concerns, our refund policy does take into account whether the issues reported fall outside normal operations or policy compliance.We sincerely value your feedback and hope for the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.
