Everything was great except for the stale, mildewy smell in our room. We did mention it to the front desk and when we got back to our room that night it didn’t seem to smell as bad. Thank you for all you all do, especially our cleaning ladies, they did a great job during our stay. Everyone was polite and friendly, will stay there again when needed!!!

Breakfast staff was excellent all days. But one of my two rooms had 32 or 40 inch TV. That was so disappointing. Hotel too cheap to put lager TVs in all rooms. How can they overlook that. Also, there was only 2 luggage carts at the hotel with 4 floors; again that’s stupidity in their management. Especially during holidays.

The staff was great! The room itself needs work. Tile around the tub was loose and sharp. The water pressure for the shower was nearly nonexistent, unless you had it on scalding. The beds are uncomfortable, I could feel the springs all night. The breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were clean. We weren't able to use the pool as it was closed for some reason.

Beds were very comfortable and checkin was smooth and easy. Breakfast items were all depleted and not restocked, but grabbed a yogurt and was fine.

Our stay was somewhat satisfactory. We were unhappy with the size of the TV in the room, a large cockroach in the bathroom on our last day, while checking in, we were told there was an ice machine on the fourth floor however, there was not . And the person checking us in was not very friendly or understandable. The other two ladies at the front desk were fine.
