The room had a stench that came from the AC unit. There was hair in the bathroom and evidence of not being cleaned thoroughly. The main glass door resembled a meat freezer door ..cloudy because of poor maintenance. I will never stay here again. We requested house keeping and it was never done. I had to take my own trash outside. On

The hotel did not tell us on check in, but room is not cleaned unless you request. The bed was comfortable and the AC was reliable and fairly quiet. There were several small children on our floor who were very noisy until after 9:30 pm. Breakfast was ok, but no frills. No fresh fruit.

Worst mistake
I did not stay, I was denied access to a bay view room that I paid for and booked into a smelling room on the second floor. When I approached the front desk to request a different room, the attendant refused. She also denied me access to the manager on duty. I immediately took my family to a different hotel where we were better received and appreciated. Anyone going here is making a bitter mistake. I'm still fighting them for unapproved charges to my credit card.
