When booking we were not told about the current construction. The blinds in the room dont close and the outside lights were on all night. The microwave doesn't work. The ac cover keeps falling and only one vent works. The shower was dirty and the bathroom mirror is loose and moved when you turn it off or on. The TV on the wall is broken so there is a huge TV setting on the desk pace making it extremely hard to do my work from my room as well as the internet only having 1 bar. We asked about the internet and they said it works best downstairs but that area is under construction. Also with the construction going on bag breakfast was offered instead of the breakfast we thought we would be getting There is no exhaust in the restroom making everything damp and a whole in the ceiling over the beds where the fire water spout is.

The bedroom area was fine but the tub was dirty and stained as well as the towels had hair on them. Also the building was under reconstruction so that would be the only reason for the low score on conditions

Never again
There was no warning when booking online that the hotel was under renovation and there was construction dust everywhere in the lobby/1st floor which triggered allergies. Our room had the worst mold stench literally hard to breathe slept with covers over head. When I got into the closet for the ironing board the closet wall had mold everywhere which is sooo unhealthy and probably cause of smell. We were so tired we didn’t even complain but to make matters worse there was a cricket In the room that did not let us sleep. Please do better! Close down until ready to operate in a healthy environment.

Horrible place to stay!
Paid for double queen room. When I got there I was placed in a room with the whole A/C out of the window on the 3rd floor. I was placed in a one bed room with a pull out couch the size of a twin. I was told a manager would contact me and they never did. I was told they would accommodate me the next day and never did. There was 5 in my stay and two of us had to sleep on the FLOOR! I was offered a 15% off of my stay.

Under major construction. Service very spotty. Showed up to dirty bathroom, was cleaned when i made management aware. The room and bed were comfortable but the general dirtiness was disconcerting. The whole place needs a good dusting and vacume and for employment to pick up trash when they see it. Then when ee returned to our room the next afternoon, the room was half cleaned; only one bed made, trash taken out but trash that fell out of can, still
