Staff was friendly, but we were very surprised to find that both the shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty. We had to use the soap as it was too late to call anyone to replace them…

Our room had a weird smell, when going to shower we had no shampoo no extra toilet paper.
I told front desk and they were rude about toilet paper. Never going here again
